we really enjoyed the hotel, it was nice and had incredible location not far from a taxi as well as namba station.

The room was excellent, equipped with climate control and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels - loved it.

Great location! This place is super close to a train station 🚆, can't beat that. the room we got was a double and had a really nice bathroom.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was particularly good, there were a lot of goodies for breakfast, it had a comfortable and marvelous location and the staff were helpful in finding transportation options to the airport.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, offering complimentary green tea and even calling for a cheaper taxi. the location was convenient to popular shopping areas and great restaurants. the room was spotlessly clean, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed.

The lack of a nearby convenience store or restaurant made it difficult to find food options at night, and the absence of a microwave or water dispenser in the room was inconvenient.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, using translation apps to communicate. The location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the bustling shopping streets and gourmet areas. The room was clean, had great facilities, and the bed was comfortable.

Had a pleasant easter stay, staff was amazing and helpful even if they didn't speak English well. the facilities were clean and well maintained. the hotel was close to popular shopping locations and the local gourmet street where we had a memorable experience. Despite the cold weather, we felt welcome and blessed with the warm hospitality of the staff. We were given complimentary green tea, which was a nice touch.

The hotel location wasn't very convenient. It was a ten-minute walk to the station and a little confusing with luggage.
